METHODOLOGY AND RESULTS

The goal of this research project is to study the repercussions and the effects of results-based public management and the use of performance indicators on employees, organizations and service beneficiaries.  The case to be studied will be the network of Quebec Youth Centres (CJ) and the research will be conducted in close collaboration with involved actors who will be invited to share their own experiences in matters of results-based management and the repercussions evidenced in the field.

This project will feed involved actors’ learning processes in the development of results-based management in public organizations in various levels of government (e.g. federal, provincial and municipal).
