La gouvernance participative et l'implication de la jeunesse locale dans le projet d'expansion de la réserve du parc national du Canada Nahanni des Territoires du Nord-Ouest [Participatory Governance and the Involvement of Local Youth in the Expansion of the Nahanni National Park Reserve in the Northwest Territories (Canada)].
This research project's principal objective is to analyze participatory governance in the project to enlarge the Nahanni National Park Reserve. The following questions will be examined: What problems were encountered that led to public consultations dating back to 2006 and co-management perspectives with these communities? How is this connected to outstanding land claims? How was this project negotiated with local mining companies? In this master's project, there will also be an integration study of the local youth in the elaboration of the plans to enlarge this reserve.
